Summary:
Mouse and Cow are making soup, but Pig keeps trying to add strange ingredients.
Review: I love this author’s work, so I had to read this
book! Thomas’ writing is always funny and this one is no different with Pig
coming up with some crazy things to put in a pot of soup. The way the umbrellas
and galoshes tie in with the story at the end is humorous and Pig becomes a
little bit wiser. There are simple illustrations that are in comic bubble form
and is great for a short, fun read.
