An
example of these inventions: a talking watch; an overcoat for two, a pair of pants
for poodles. These are bizarre and utterly silly but there are some in the form
of a guessing game that is both challenging and fun. What is a finger-supporting
device used for? Can you really buy a talking watch? What is a beard grinder? There
is even a device for shaping the upper lip or a life preserver for horses.
These unusual inventions are a real treat for trivia lovers and any kid
interested in science and inventions. It also has some great
illustrations of these inventions and is a fun book.
